Plum dessert with yogurt: A fusion of sweet, salty and sour

Experience plums as you've never tasted before. Ingredients:

1 large plum

150 g creamy yogurt

2 tbsp. Plum stone coin Essensur

1/2 tsp. Bittersweet Amaretto salt

fresh tarragon for garnish and extra layer of complexity

How to do it:

Start by cutting the ripe plum into thin slices and placing them in a bowl. Sprinkle the slices with Plum Stone Mint Essence and let them steep while you prepare the rest.

Pour the creamy yogurt into a beautiful glass. Place the lightly pickled plum slices on top of the yogurt, sprinkle with Bitter-sweet Amaretto salt.

and finally garnish with fresh tarragon leaves, which add an extra dimension to the flavor.
